To take full advantage of your personal treatment time with Obsession we encourage Spa clients to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time and Hair clients to arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. This means we can fully understand your dreams, hopes and desires from the treatment and live up to your expectations. Sadly arriving just 5 minutes late will mean we have less time to dedicate to you and will reduce your wonderful treatment experience.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments and services you book are especially devoted to you. If you do have to cancel or move an appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or regrettably a 50% fee of the total cost will be charged. Deposits used to secure an appointment for new guests can only be transferred to the amended appointment when a minimum of 24 hours’ is provided.

New Guests

If you’re a new guest of Obsession Salon & Spa, we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. If your appointment is amended more than 24 hours’ prior to the appointment time, we’ll happily be able to carry the deposit forward to the new appointment time. Amending or cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours’ before the appointment time will mean we’re unable to refund your deposit.

As a thank you, all new clients who complete our Guest Satisfaction Survey (sent via email following the first appointment) can enjoy a £10 voucher to use on your next treatment or service. T&Cs apply*.


We run regular promotions throughout the year on both products and services. All promotions without exception are subject to the following T&Cs :

  • Specific time frame, outlined in the published information
  • Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Subject to availability
  • Selected stylists or therapists only
  • Only whilst stocks last

Mobile Phones

We understand about busy lives and the need to remain available, so if this means you have to have a mobile phone we simply ask that it gets turned to silent.


When visiting the Spa we recommend minimal jewellery as it may be easily lost and could hamper treatments.

No items may be left on the premises when you depart, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you.

Finally, please note these prices are exclusive to the salon and are subject to change without prior notice.


Obsession vouchers or gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. When redeemed, change cannot be given and a credit applied. Any questions please check with Front of House upon booking.
