Meet the new team members from our Branston Salon & Spa, now loving their new home at Lichfield. They bring with them a wealth of experience and creative talent not to mention heaps of enthusiasm. They are really excited to have joined the Lichfield team and are looking forward to helping you achieve your hair and beauty goals.

Annie – Head of Guest Experience
You may have already seen Annie in Lichfield as she has always worked one day a week in the Lichfield Salon but now we get to see her more often! Annie joins the Lichfield Salon in the new position as Head of Guest Experience and is already bubbling with so many ideas for how to enhance your time in the salon. If you have suggestions on how we can improve, Annie will be eager to hear!

Katie, Creative Stylist
Katie, is our exceptional Creative Stylist. She has been with Obsession since 2020 but has worked in the industry since she was a Saturday girl and fell in love with watching how a Stylist could transform guests both physically and mentally. “I wanted to do that, I wanted to make people feel incredible” says Katie. “I love delivering the whole experience from start to finish and it’s wonderful to be part of my guest’s ‘me time’ but I particularly enjoy the cut and finish element of the service. Just one small tweak can make such a difference and I love the confidence it gives my guests when they walk out with a fresh, new look. Outside of work, my family and pets keep me busy. My husband and I have three children and a whole host of animals and if I ever manage to steel 5 minutes for myself you’ll find me doing a spot of home improvements or gardening which I love”.
Dee, Senior Therapist
Dee brings to our Lichfield salon a huge amount of experience having run her own beauty salon for 13 years and more recently working at The Belfry Spa. “I have always felt my career is more of a vocation not a job” says Dee. “I love making my guests feel at ease whatever treatment they have chosen. I particularly enjoy skincare treatments and love learning new techniques and working with new products. When I was looking into taking the role at Obsession I was reassured to see Decleor and Dermalogica products were used. They’re luxurious and based on thorough research so I feel really confident using them on my guests. When I’m not in the Spa, I can often be found walking or hiking as I enjoy keeping active. I’m really looking forward to seeing my guests in the gorgeous Lichfield Spa and also looking forward to meeting lots of new guests too”.
Molly, Therapist
Molly has been with Obsession Salon & Spa for nearly one year and can’t stop smiling about it! “I always knew I would work in the beauty industry” says Molly. “When I was little I would raid my mum’s make-up bag and use her nail varnish to paint my nails. I’ve improved my technique since then of course and gel nails is still one of my favourite treatments along with full body massages. I love working at Obsession Salon & Spa. I’ve learnt to much in my year here and the team and the atmosphere are just amazing!”
