Our expert team of Stylists and Therapists will be able to offer you up-to-the minute haircare and skincare advice as our team regularly receives industry training from L’Oreal, Kerastase, ghd, Germaine de Capuccini and Opi amongst others. We only use product and treatments from these award-winning brands to ensure we are delivering the best hair care and beauty services in Lichfield.
When you call for your first appointment, our wonderful Front-of-House team will be able to guide you to the best team member for your hair care or skincare needs based on their knowledge and area of expertise. We are lucky to have Stylists who specialise in colour, balayage, highlights, layered cuts, curly hair, short hair, ghd styling and Therapists who have recently qualified as a #browboss with HD Brows, and others who are highly trained in specialist facials and massages and much more so you know you’ll be in expert hands.
As well as the fabulous package of treats we’ve laid out for you as a new guest, you’ll also be offered a complimentary consultation before your first appointment. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and explain to your Stylist or Therapist what you are looking for and what your hair care or skincare concerns may be. Your Stylist will be able to offer advice and suggestions after looking at your hair type, face shape, colouring and lifestyle. And your Therapist will be able to offer expert advice around specific skincare needs.
When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be pampered from the moment you walk through the door. If you are booked in for a hair care appointment, our infamous Obsession Welcome Massage will be one of the highlight of your visit, so sit back and enjoy as you inhale the aromas of the beautiful luxury hair products we use from Kerastase. Our hair and spa guests all enjoy a delicious, complimentary Nespresso coffee and artisan biscuit which we hope you enjoy as your Stylist or Therapist works their magic.
