Meet Jules, our Head of Spa

You may have seen Jules around salon or covering Front of House. Having worked in the beauty industry for her whole career, Jules is an expert when it comes to spa and client experience. She leads our beauty team and co-ordinates the treatments, services, events and beauty products at both Lichfield and Branston salons as well as contributing to our senior team.

As well as spa, Jules loves all things home, from interior design to baking and has recently taken up yoga and meditation.

Jules has just created ‘Our Winter Hug’ which is a selection of fabulous winter warming packages that she is excited to bring to you this month. There might even be a homemade ginger biscuit in there too!
