Phoebe’s L’Oreal ID journey – April 2022

Getting on to the L’Oréal ID team has been a HUGE career highlight for me. I was one of 12 selected from 100’s across the UK, which just seems mad!

Being on the team will give me a variety of opportunities over the next 2 years: including education with top stylists in the industry, backstage work at London Fashion Week, photoshoots, presenting on stage and even more! I am so excited to see what’s to come, especially the up and coming trip to Paris I’ll be attending with the team in July.

So far I have been for a weekend in London to meet the rest of the team and had amazing demonstrations from Paul Dennison and Frazer Wallace, who taught us about the art of collaboration. The following day we teamed up in pairs to create a look and present back to the group. The whole experience was pretty scary but completely worth it and a brilliant start to this journey with L’Oréal. I’ll keep you updated with what happens in Paris!
