SPA DAYS, AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS & GROUP BOOKINGS
It is important to book these treatments in advance giving as much notice as possible. These appointments require payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Refunds will only be made if an appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice prior to your confirmed date of visit. Group bookings of 5 or more people require a minimum of 21 days notice of cancellation in writing. If paying by gift voucher; a valid credit/debit card will be required to guarantee reservation. Should you cancel a booking within 48 hours prior to your visit, the credit/debit card will be charged to the value of your reservation.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers will be sent by First class post and are sent entirely at the purchaser’s risk, no responsibility will be taken by Obsession for non arrival. Vouchers cannot be refunded in part or full once purchased. All vouchers have an expiry date of one year from purchase and will only be extended in extraordinary circumstances for which a charge is made.
HOUSE RULES AND ARRIVAL
Please arrive at a minimum of 15 minutes before your treatment to allow time to confirm your treatment/package details, and complete the necessary paperwork and medical questionnaire.
All treatment times stated include your lifestyle consultation. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment your treatment time may be reduced accordingly. Please switch off your mobile phone during your visit in order for Obsession to provide clients with a private, healthy and peaceful experience.
It is not permitted to bring food or drink onto the premises and smoking is prohibited. Due to health, safety and insurance reasons children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Spa area or beauty rooms. Children are permitted in the hair salon but please be respectful of other peoples relaxation time. Obsession Salon & Spa operate an underwear policy for all male clients, failure to comply with this policy can result in the treatment being cancelled.
SECURITY
We recommend minimal jewellery as it can easily be lost and can hamper treatments. No items may be left on the premises when you depart, please ensure that you take all your belongings with you. Obsession Salon and Spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to a client’s personal belongings, however caused.
TREATMENT CONTRA-INDICATIONS
All treatments are carried out subject to completion of our Medical Questionnaire, which you will be required to complete on arrival. There are contra-indications relating to some treatments and facilities. Guests with heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, circulatory disorders, gynaecological disorders, epilepsy, arthritis/rheumatism, diabetes, pregnancy, allergies and possibly other conditions should seek the advice of their doctor, prior to booking. If you have any concerns please check in advance with us (and where appropriate your doctor) prior to making your appointments. If any treatment is found to be unsuitable, a qualified Therapist will recommend, where possible, an alternative treatment, subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 6 hours notice of cancellation is required on all appointments. If less than 6 hours notice is received, a 50% (of total treatment cost) charge will be made. Treatments to the value of £45 or more are payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Refunds will only be made if an appointment is cancelled with at least 6 hours notice, prior to your treatment.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Please note certain treatments are not available at all sites, please refer to price list for full details. The standard skin test policy: Please note that all clients who have not had a colour/eyelash or eyebrow tint at Obsession before or within the last three months will require a tint test 48hrs prior to the colour service. We have a cut off point for all appointments and it remains a management decision as to whether the appointment can take place if a client is late for any appointment.
